Men Anpil Chay pa Lou - Many Hands Lighten the Load. A million thanks to all ASC departments who contributed ingredients for the community dinner to benefit post-earthquake Haiti. You are all invited to partake in the meal! Come to the Sacred Heart Church gym at 715 Fourth St. this Thursday, Feb. 11, between 5-8pm and enjoy a tasty Haitian menu prepared by Mark Lara and his crew of volunteers. While you eat, sway to Haitian drum rhythms presented by ASC Music! Get your ticket today for a free-will donation of any amount. Tickets will be available at the door as well. Proceeds from this event will be directed to Doctors Without Borders and the American Red Cross, designated for Haiti. For more information or to donate, call or come by United Campus Ministry at 587-7516. Donations are also being accepted at SLV Federal Bank under the name, "Hope for Haiti."
